Welcome to the free property search page. Unlike other websites, you won't be required to enter your email or other personal information to search the actual Northeast Florida REALTOR® MLS.  Just click the Find Your New Home button below to start your search for homes, condos, vacant land, even rentals. The search opens in a new window so if you have trouble navigating the MLS, toggle between the two pages to read the helpful tips located below. Happy house hunting.






INSTRUCTIONS TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR SEARCH


The search engine is located on the left. The default search shows every property currently for sale in the entire city. Changing the search parameters is easy:


  • Under property type select whatever search you're interested in - residential (for homes), condos, rentals, etc.
  • Enter a price range (don't add any commas - $300,000 is simply 300000 in the search).
  • Enter minimum bedrooms and baths, sq. ft., what part of the city you're interested in, etc. 
  • Once you have your criteria set, just click the blue View Results button near the top left of the page.


Once your search loads you'll notice the first home in the list is highlighted in light yellow.


  • Click the detail tab to find out the statistical information of the highlighted home.
  • Click the photo tab to see interior and exterior pictures of that property.
  • Click the map tab to see its location relative to major roadways and while you’re there you can click satellite to see an actual satellite photo of the property.
  • When you’re done viewing that home, click on the list tab, select the next home on the list and repeat the steps.


Don’t hesitate to contact us if any of these homes catch your eye. Remember, in Florida sales commissions are customarily paid for by the seller. We'll help you every step of the way and you won't pay your agent a dime.



HOW TO OPEN YOUR FREE ACCOUNT


Why open a free account? With a free account you can save your searches, track your favorite listings, automatically get an email when new homes that match your criteria come on the market, even get an email when a home in your saved search has had a price change, sold or is put under contract. You can change the parameters of your search or even add new searches once you have opened an account. To open a free account just click the Save Search button next to the View Results button on top left of page. You will be prompted to leave a name and email address, but rest assured your information will not be shared or given to anyone.
