Tony Novelly and Lynn Bertram
The real estate duo of Tony Novelly and Lynn Bertram have been helping people with their real estate needs for over10 years. Having lived in Jacksonville for over 40 years, Tony and Lynn are knowledgeable in the history, culture and communities that make up our First Coast. From the beaches and the river to historic districts and surrounding neighborhoods, there isn’t an area on the First Coast that they haven’t assisted people in selling or buying properties.
Tony and Lynn specialize in residential real estate as well as new construction, condos and land acquisition.
One of the recurring comments from satisfied customers is that Tony and Lynn brought an honest and familial approach to the real estate process; you feel like loved and protected family members.
Tony is a Navy veteran having served during the Vietnam era. Both he and Lynn have helped numerous military families in finding a home in Jacksonville and also with their relocation needs when the military says “Fair winds and following seas” to their time in Jacksonville.
Both Tony and Lynn are actively engaged in our local community. You might know Tony’s name outside of real estate as he is an accomplished vocalist and guitarist performing in many local venues and resorts on the First Coast and in Key West.
